So we woke up for New Year's Day Mass for the Solemnity of Mary, where it was a totally angelmeg family affair on the altar at Church (mrangelmeg was Lector, the angelbaby served and I was Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion).
After Mass we came back to a lunch of sandwiches and chips and watched a bit of the Rose Parade (the only parade I really like to watch). Then we participated in another of our angelmeg family traditions: the New Year's Day Nap!
Now we are awake and thinking about which fast food place will be the most likely candidate for our dinner business. I love our lazy holiday traditions.
